About
Dr. Greenberg
Dr. Jared S. Greenberg is a board-certified, fellowship-trained physiatrist specializing in regenerative medicine, spine medicine, and non-surgical orthopedics. He provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment for musculoskeletal and spine-related conditions using evidence-based, minimally invasive approaches. Dr. Greenberg earned his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) in Philadelphia. He began his postgraduate training in orthopedic surgery at the University of Wisconsin–Madison before returning to UPenn to complete his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, where he served as Chief Resident. He then pursued advanced subspecialty training as an Interventional Spine Fellow and Clinical Lecturer at the University of Michigan Health System’s Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Spine Program in Ann Arbor. Dr. Greenberg focuses on accurate diagnosis and individualized treatment strategies. He frequently utilizes conservative therapies such as physical therapy and precision-guided injection treatments to improve biomechanics, stimulate tissue healing, and reduce chronic inflammation. He is also experienced in orthobiologic procedures, including Lipogems® and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapies. Throughout his career, Dr. Greenberg has been recognized for clinical excellence. He previously developed a leading spine program at Meriter Hospital in Madison and has treated professional, collegiate, and Olympic athletes. He brings the same level of expertise and thoughtful care to every patient. Dr. Greenberg is among a select group of physicians in the United States certified to provide the Regenokine® Program, an advanced orthobiologic treatment developed in Germany that utilizes the body’s own proteins to reduce inflammation and promote healing. Outside of medicine, Dr. Greenberg enjoys time with his wife and three children. He is also an accomplished pianist and songwriter.
